Default problem after problem

hi people got a 1993 wrx classic changed the airfilter for a standard box doesnt backfire as much,giving more mileage,running better and smoother only prob is the turbo seems to kick in properly after bowt 3500 to 4000 revs is this normal as it feels like its holding back and its got a aftermarket dumpvalve jus looking for one at the moment any helps or tips

Probably best advice will be get rid off After market DV and fit standard OE Recirc valve.

do you think it the dumpvalve and does anyone know if the sti, will fit my car
