Default Hard judder when braking

Hi guys, I'm getting a quite hard judder in the pedal and the whole car including the steering as I brake, it gets harder the harder I brake and the faster I'm going but doesnt do it at all when I'm not braking, the cars been stood for a month, does this sound like some pistons have seized in the front 4 pots? It's a v5/6 classic turbo 2000 btw, I had 1 piston seized that I knew about before it was stood but I had no flutter or anything in the pedal, just looking for any other suggestions before I look into reconing my calipers, cheers.
Dan.

Yeah well warped disks would be my first thought but as I said it's been off the road and I never drive it hard enough to warp the disks anyway, while it was stood a layer of rust build up on the disks, the 1 side cleaned it's self up after about 40 miles but the other side has groved tram lines in the rust?

I had the same with incorrectly matched pads and discs. Bought a set as a bundle. Turns out the pads were way to hard and caused massive hotspots. All done in less than 200kms and 1 track day.
