i cannot get the giant circlip off to remove the compressor housing. ive WD40's it, heated it up, smashed it with a hammer. ive removed tons of garrett turbo housings but no mitsubishi
Try using a chisel to rotate it a bit, then it should be easier to remove. It s a very stiff circlip, the circlip pliers I tried all got broken, I resorted to using needle nose pliers.
