Fixed poly-bushed, rose-jointed ones aren't up to our fabulous climate, pretty soon the knocking will drive you crazy.

Nothing wrong with rose jointed ones imo..... you just need to spray them with silicon spray every now and then.

Rose joints don't rely on a bush, so they are more precise and in theory harder wearing, but less compliant (ride wise in this instance).
