As above I'm changing my rad and hose tomorrow and need to know how much coolant to buy and what's the best really cheers

I'm sure I read on here it was 7.2 litres .

I'd make up 8 litres and fill using the 'correct method' - that way you can have a continuous, uninterupted feed of coolant into the turbo hose, so won't unwittingly intorduce any air through stopping and starting, IYSWIM.
