Dont think you will go wrong with some motul 300, gear oil. Try doing a search on here as there are quite a few topics on oils/lubricants.

Hi
You need a 75w-90 for the gearbox*and here are the ones we have.

If you want to go for the best, the Millers CRX 75w-90 NT, Motul Gear 300, Redline 75w-90NS and Millers TRX are ideal for the gearbox. The Castrol Syntrax, Motul Motylgear and Fuchs Gear Syn are all decent alternatives. If you have a DCCD box, go for the Motul Gear 300 or Millers CRX.
Unless your gearbox is crunching, I wouldn't use the Shockproof, it's just not necessary and not really designed for normal synchro gearboxes.
