I'd look at Godspeed before I put anything on my car from e-bay.
You only get one chance with brakes, fella.

also i dont need top of the range brakes just wanted to improve on standard, so whats wrong with vented drilled grooved i thought most brake mods included uprated disc to that spec. i found out front discs are 277mm x 24mm vented (2pot) and rear 266m x 10mm solid was also going to upgrade to braded hoses as read they improved brakes to.

ive already bought mintex pads and waiting for delivery so just needed front and rear discs and found some on ebay the fronts are right size 277mm x 24mm vented but rear were wrong as vented are 266mm x 18mm so too thick so i need just solid grooved drilled 266mm x 10mm but this guy on ebay isnt into messaging back that quick... thanks anyway mate!

sounds like you got the same discs as me, I also have a 97 uk turbo. I've upgrade to braded hoses, one of the best things to do.
