Will need a new ECU or a remap to work properly.

Far better to sell your prodrive ecu for £250 - £300 and buy a 99/00 ecu for £40.00 and have that mapped to your chosen turbo imho. Thats what i did, and fitted a 99 ecu to 2000 uk turbo and a vf28 turbo, then a remap and a few supporting mods and happy days.
