advice urgently needed

hi all,

I have a subaru 1995 jap import 2.0 l turbo. I found some aftermarket angel headlights on e bay and the seller claims that they are supposed to fit all models between 1993-2000. I was wondering if that is true? can the same headlights work on all these models because they look different to me?

They may fit but poorly as 93-96 headlights are a different shape to 97-onwards (the crossover was 96-97 for facelifting imprezas) so you may have some gappage (hence why people change grille and bonnet on early cars to facelift them and get an OE look)
