I'm assuming you currently have the Nur Spec S back box and a 3rd party 2.5" centre?

If so, and if you swap to a genuine 3" centre - with 3" flanges - then you will have to contrive 3" flanges on both the back box and downpipe.


If you have a Nur Spec R system (bb + centre) then the centre is already a 3"... But has a 2.5" flange at the d/p end. So you'd have to convert both those flanges at the downpipe end to 3" ones...
