95 sti dash blue plug?

hi, does anyone know what the blue plug on the back of a 95 sti dash is, thanks very much, phil.

not yet, i got a loom but it was a uk loom, so ive now got yet another loom (this time a 95 sti loom) fingers crossed it will be ok now.
