Default Prodive package, best turbo?

Anyone have any info on the best turbo upgrade for my newly purchased STI type UK with Prodrive package? I am looking to achieve in excess of 400bhp if possible? I believe it is currently around 305bhp ISH!! Also, what other mods are necessary and will the engine take it? Would like to get as much as poss out of it. What should I budget for?

Will need a remap before you start driving it after you've fitted the new mods!

Say 5k, you will need an uprated turbo, one of the md series ones are your best bet for 400bhp, not the cheapest though, then injectors, uprated fuel pump, minimum of brake discs and pads (good ones), a new clutch that will take the power, 3 inch exhaust, remap, gauges (you will need these really to keep an eye out on the engine), and a few other minor bits.
