Light Weight Fly Wheel

Ive had a new clutch fitted to my Bugeye Sti JDM and I found out I've got a light weight fly wheel fitted. Is this a standard thing on newage JDMs

Can anyone shed any light on this

Not as far as i know they didn`t come as standard, It must have been replaced at some time in it`s life
