If you are still running the standard TD04 turbo there is no point fitting aftermarket exhaust manifolds. Almost all of them will be optimised for higher power and exhaust flow levels than your turbo is capable of generating and thus you will lose significant amounts of spool (the TD04's best asset) without any gain in power.

About the best thing you can do with the standard turbo is to fit some ported standard headers, keeping either the OEM up-pipe or fitting one of Harvey's small diameter ones.

If you are not running the TD04, or are planning on changing it as part of a group of interlinked modifications, I can only suggest you give this a read.
