Default head bolt torque

Hi me again lol

just wanted to check something, as i will be putting the heads on my v4 sti in the morning, i need some advice,

the torque setting i have for the head bolts to me is slightly ott. just wondered if there is anyway i can simply tighten them up in order but to a certain NM instead of tightening to 29nm then tightening 180 degrees twice then slacken off, then tighten up by 15nm then a full turn for example,

DOES ANYONE USE A DIFFERENT WAY, if so can you help, as my torque wrench starts from 28nm, not 15nm and tbh im worried i wont get it right.

WHAT DO YOU or HAVE YOU DONE

Yeah it is a bit of a faff about, but it`s like that for a reason i guess. Might be an idea to get a new torque wrench just to make sure,as a lot of work to rectify if you get it wrong.
Don`t forget to oil the bolt threads and washers.
