Default Boost - poor pressue control

Hi All

Wondering if anyone can give me any pointers

I have 97 UK turbo with hybrid TD04, 3 port boost solenoid, APEXI ECU +...

The setting for the higheat boost is 1.35bar and after I had completed the mods and had the ECU mapped I only ever saw boost hit a maximum of 1.37bar.

Recently I've seen it reach up to 1.48bar so something is not working quite as well as it was. Obviously its not going to get better and I guess it may be potentially damaging so I'd like to get to the bottom of it.

Anyone got any ideas?

Cheers

Weather is getting colder making the air more dense making it boost higher therefore you may need to lower the boost duty on the apexi commander to compensate for this.

Thanks Banny but I've been through winters and a snowboard trip to the alps without this happening so it has to be something on the car.

Have been told to look into boost control pipe work as potentially a slightly split somewhere - any ideas where to get this small diameter pipe?
Cheers

http://www.sfsperformance.co.uk/ do a 3mm ID vacuum hose, which should do the job.
