Default Gaskets please & advice

Hi All

getting parts together ready for engine out, clutch change, fly wheel change, heat wrapping to manifold & down pipe, new turbo studs & gasket etc

Would also like to change the rocker covers gaskets etc & take the sump off & re seal it due to 'weeping' from all around it.

Wheres best/ cheapest for the full rocker gasket sets? & what best to use on the sump - threebond? if so which version is it the 1215 threebond?

Also what else could i look at/inspect or worth doing whilst we have the engine out?

Thanks
