Question simple question, hopefully simple answer

is there a big difference between an impreaza exhaust and a legacy exhaust??


have been lead to believe that they are interchangeable. is this true???

It depends on what years of car you are talking about.

The only ones that i know are the same as each other are an early Legacy Single Turbo saloon and a GC8 saloon

sorry guys, i'll try and be a bit vaguer next time!!
my car is a 95 legacy gt estate the centre pipe is starting to blow a little

bloke at work said" if you get a centre pipe from a wrx it will be a straight swop", is this bs or is there an element of truth to his statement????

the only thing that will be different if they are different at all would be the length of the pipes, as i think the legacy is a longer car overall than a impreza, although im not 100% certain on which exhausts are interchangeable if any, you may just have to weld a piece in to get the correct length
