Default ecu chip

i bought my second scoob(95 classic import wrx) last yr and it was standerd,i had it rr at 360 bhp and was happy then i went out in a mates who had 290 and it felt much better so off i went and bought some bits.larger turbo up pipe, td05 turbo, fmic, turbo back decat pipe with hks hyper flow back box and center pipe then i bought this ecu
and although at first i was gonna sell it at a profit my will for trying/destroying things got the better of me and i fitted it.i have never seen or heard of this make of chip but it works well and now all these mods ive done so far has given me 307.4 bhp. sad thing is im now on the hunt 4 more power but being in a job thats a luxury and plenty of other peps nicking my work im a lil down on funds and although id love a simtec my point is id like 2 know if this ecu will give me more power with other new mods.
any help would b awsome

I've never seen/heard of them.
If you are going to fit it, then i would do it about 5 mins
before you put it on the RR again. That way you will be
in the right place to have the fuelling, knock etc checked
and won't be risking your engine.

However, the best route would be to do as you initially
intended, sell it. Put the money towards a ESL board
which can be custom mapped to your existing mods.
That will give you far better results than sticking in
some unknown generic chip. As you said, money is
little tight, just think how much a full rebuild will cost!

440cc injectors, 97 on map sensor and ESL board and remap and you'll be away

ah so the chipped ecu was on the car when it went on the rr? so they would have checked boost and afr and possible detcanned it?

so you have an indication of whether it is okay at the moment.

You may get more out of it with a custom map but at least you have some assurance that it should be okay at the minute.

Do you have a copty of the graph from the dyno runs?
