Default Induction Kit

I was thinking of fitting an induction kit to my 09 WRX S. just wondered if any one could help with some info or advice.
Thanks

loads of people will say it to you and they are all right, don't get an induction kit unless your going for over 400 bhp as the air-box is sufficient for 400. just get a aftermarket panel filter instead, which goes in your airbox. all the induction kit does is suck up hot air from the engine bay. if you do decide to get an induction kit you will need a remap as your car will run lean and inevitably blow itself up.

Thanks for that Tazz. Could you recommend a panel filter and what difference would it make

there are many to choose from but i have a k and n drop in filter. the difference is not a major one in terms of power, its just that the filtration is a lot better than the normal paper one and it flows more air into your engine but not so much that you need a remap.
