ABS Light Blinking

ABS Light Blinking
My ABS light has just started flashing/blinking when I'm driving - only does it when driving, and is never constantly on. The blinking also stops when you apply the brake pedal. Also, the headunit has started turning itself on and off. This has only started happening since the ABS light issue so probably linked somehow?
It's a W reg Turbo 2000.
Any ideas? I'm thinking some kind of earth problem or dodgey battery??
Hoping nothing too problematic as the car's for sale now and want to sell it in A1 condition. Cheers

I would look at all the earths, one on fanimold, gearbox and another that comes of the battery.
Check that the main plug that goes into the abs unit is in and does not have any slack wires.
Plug is located behind front drivers side light, should be easy to spot. You could unplug it and give it a spray of electrical cleaner.

Sorted.
After cleaning every earth point up and putting the car back together, I was finally connecting the terminals on the battery only to realise the connection at the tightest point of the negative terminal was still a bit loose. Fitted a new terminal and bingo - no more ABS light blinking or headunit cutting out.
