hawkeye headlight - warning light ?

hawkeye headlight - warning light ?
'06 sti,the self levelling warning light for the headlights has come on ,
any ideas on possible fault and cure

check the self leveling sensors and wires, one located on the osr suspension arm and one on the osf suspension arm

so there's sensors front and rear ?
is it just a single wire plugged in ? what would i be looking for,

yes there is sensors fitted front and rear, its a couple of wires plugged into the sensing unit itself. just look for broken wires or possible damage to the actuating leg for the sensor

The leveling arms are pretty flimsey plastic so can easily get broken. Easy to check that they are still attached though and plugged in.
