Right then Ive removed old ball joint and got the new one in to the wishbone castlenut onn and split spin on. But how on earth do you get the hub back onto the new ball joint ? Ive got a bar to try and lift it ontop of the joint but I cant seem to get it in line or high enough to drop it ontop of the new ball joint, There must be a technique to do it but for the life of me I cant do it.

Help is more than appreciated guys as I need my car for wk tmoz.

Cheers

put the ball joint into the hub first and get your bolt in.then take a bolt out of your droplink so you can move the wishbone freely by hand up and into the ball joint.then once the castle nut is on the wishbone end put the bolt back into the droplink and jobs a good en.

Right then all done but not without a few obstacles on the way, Yesterday I foolishly and by complete mistake I pulled the inner cv joint out so thats wht i couldnt line it up with the hub.But once I got the driveshaft back in (took some bl00dy time) and removed bolt from the drop link it all went back together nice and easy. Only prob I have now is that during this the droplink snapped grrrr and I need another clip put on the inner cv joint.

NOTE TO SELF : PAY SOMEONE NEXT TIME LOL
