Running problem
Cars fine when cold but as it warms up it starts misfiring and when i stop it cuts out, when moving in a high gear with low revs you can hear it struggling and missing slightly
The cars an 03 STi with a 2.5 conversion
Thanks
James

I'm not sure, but this is similar problem, which have before my friend with Simtek, but this has been related to anti-lag(which this friend have mapped and enabled all the time).

Coils or shagged plug Angus?
Think I have a set of 7's in the garage if you need them?

It's running too lean. Is the 2.5 conversion new, still running in? If so the Simtek will need remapping to suit, even for running in. Otherwise I would say it needs to be looked at by the mapper.

I know the engine has been run in fully for some time now (correct me wrong Angus mate) etc.
Why would the map go **** up if it was ECU related?

Its a API built 2.5 that was rebuilt after it blew 2 pistons by TFS after SMG had checked the block was ok
I checked the airfilter and it looked ok, but after running out of ideas i went for a drive without a filter and it ran smooth without fault
Thanks for the replies
