Default got 2 o2 sensors and 1 unpluged help

i have got 2 o2 sensor on my exaust and one is unpluged and i cant find where it goes my car is a 95 uk turbo thanks

one of them is a cat on fire sensor and it not needed. can be left out.

wich one is best to leave out the one after the turbo or the one befour thanks

the one after the turbo is the cat on fire and can be left out.
