Default Coil pack

I have 1 coil pack which has 2 minor cracks on the lip. The cracks dont come down the sides you can just see them in pic, also the boot has a cut in it could this cause a problem. Also do my plugs look ok

If the coil has a crack in it - glue it up with some epoxy high temp resin and get hold of a new one or new ones asap to replace. X-spec are reasonably priced and have done me well so far.
Plugs look a bit tired - replace aswell - better to run safe than sorry.
