Fitting a new front wing
#1
I need to put a new front driver's side wing on as wife has had bump with bollard. I presume it is a bolt-on job, but is it easy or awkward, and best left to the experts?

I just had a new wing on my scoob following altercation with a circular saw dropping on it.
Had it replaced at a bodyshop, they did say it was a bolt on job, but they also did the painting and blending down the other panels.
Best left to the experts in my view.

I bought a new wing from POC at a reasonable price (still no clips Paul!) The wing is not too hard to replace, I did it myself without too much stress took most of a sunday though.
Careful what part you get though, if you have an sti with the side rubber blobs then a UK cars wing does not have one of the holes to secure the blob on, it is ok but not perfect.
You can reach all the bolts with out too much hassle, getting the wheel arch skin off was the hardest as the PLASTIC CLIPS (PAUL ) were shagged and I couldn't unscrew them.
All in all, not too tricky.
Good luck!
