yup you will be fine but you won't be able to use the full potential of the turbo, the injectors will max out long before you reach the turbo upper limits.

If I was you I would be changing the injectors as well if Iwas getting a 20g....... I managed to max out my injectors on an 18g

Thought 550cc injectors and a 20g were both good for 450bhp? with other supporting mods

Had to bump my fuel pressure up by 0.5 bar to get them working at a safe duty% with a 20g.

No way will 550's do 450bhp........ Nor will a 20G to be perfectly honest..... 400bhp and then you are pushing your luck on a 20G

Well not a 2.0 anyway

AFP20G made 400/400 on one of my mates car which has a 2.5 at only 1.4b! This is with supporting mods, 550cc injectors & no FPR mapped by Simon (JGM)

And?!? Is it a competition?
You need more pressure to get a higher flow through the same flow rated injectors for your 450 hp.
I'm only tickling 400 hp so I don't need to bump up the fuel pressure so much.

The drawback is in raising fuel pressure you reduce the fuel pump flow.
I never knew that a 255 pump could deliver flow for that power.

On a 2.0L, expect 380-400 on a 20g - depending on heads, supp miods, etc.

550cc at normal 3bar good for 390-420, depending how lucky you are. Will be unlucky to max them out on the 20g, I would have thought.

TBH I don't know, Andy.F thinks from the fuel and airflow over 400 of each, this is on a built 2.1 though.
