Right guys as i've said in a previous thread im a first time subaru owner so sorry for the silly questions...

My car is a jdm '97 sti.. Some people tell me these are prone to bottom end rattles.. Is this true?

How do i prevent this? Is there any worth while modifacations to the sump that help? Is it even an oil starvation problem?

I intend on attending a few track days so would like to know whats what...
