Default Hi and question.

hi guys, next week i will be getting my Subaru WRX 03 and iv been doing alot of research the past few days about upgrades etc and im wondering what turbo would be in the WRX been as its completely standard, and im now wondering whether or not to put it through a stage 1 as ive read that its recommended that the Uppipe be changed to prevent turbo damage.

thanks

Hi,

Standard turbo is a TD04L and yes they do have a cat in the Up-pipe so its best to get rid of that just incase it fails and starts throwing bits of cat into the turbo
