Hi do i need to remap my 99 turbo 2000 after de cating the turbo up pipe?. I have all ready de cated the downpipe a few months ago and its been fine?

If you have the rest decatted then the uppipe wont effect the performance that much,so you should be able to drive it without a remap,i know i did with my 99 uk turbo.
However a remap will make sure that everything is running smoothly and that no new gaps appear in the powerband,as well as show if the engine is running to rich/lean for which the ecu can be programmed to allow for the mods which you have addedsafetly.

Your car doesnt have a cat in the up pipe so you wont have to decat it but you do have a 2nd cat in the centre section.
Though the standard ecu will be good enough to run a full decat, a custom remap will ensure you gain the best from the modifications you have done
