Question Exhaust popping

Hi

My exhaust on my 2001 bugeye has started popping when slowing down through the gears. Is this cause for concern as I noticed it doing now and again, but now it's all the time.

Thanks

Weather change causes pops or you might be running rich. Nothing to worry about though.

Popping or backfire on overun is caused by retarded timing or weak mixture, spluttering is normally over rich, follow by stalling engine
