Which Bottom end for a Legacy GTB 280bhp?
I'm looking for a bottom end for a '96 Legacy GTB, 280bhp version, EJ20R engine code. 7500rpm redline.
I know the 260bhp GT version, EJ20H has different internals to mine and a 7000rpm redline.
My question is, can I get an Impreza bottom end to replace mine?
Impreza bits are much more easilly available, but which models should I be looking at?
EJ20G seems to crop up quite a lot, but what's inside one of them?
Am I looking for an Sti rather than a WRX?
Sorry for the dumb questions, but I don't know Imprezas.
