No horn and need MOT
Yet another problem, really got stuck with a shed of a car.
On pressing horn their is click click electrical noise from behind the dash. Checked the horn end and it looks like previous owner (utter cowboy) has had air horns at some point as the horns are there and the oem horn has had new wires put on that lead up to by the battery. By the battery is a black relay box with what looks to be oem leads (three black wires). The negative from the horn goes up into a load of other wires off the light.
Anyone got a pic of there horn wiring or can even point me to where the positive from the horn should be as so far no luck playing about. the black wire should just be an earth?
Any pics would save my **** as cant get MOT till I work this out.

I can't work out what's going on. If I run a fused supply direct from battery to a relay then relay to horn, earth off the horn then finally run a fresh cable from the horn to the new relay will that work?

If all else fails, do what I once did and cable tie an air horn (the type with the can of air and a horn) to somewhere near the steering wheel, with the horn able to reach out of the window (i mounted it on the roll cage).
MOT man laughed, but had to pass it as it met the rules at the time. IIRC you just have to able to operate the 'horn' from around the steering wheel. This was many years ago now though, and not sure it'll work any more.

if you are in england you should be able to pick up a cheap vuvuzela( no need for them now ) just put door widow down and position it at face level and put window up to jam it. But if you are based in germany you will need to hold off to after july 11th to get one cheap
