Question

As above, i fitted an Aps recently to MY98, just wanted to make sure that the air intake hissing is normal on tickover, hope its not leaking..

I also fitted a FORGE Re-circ D/Valve before the APS, it really was un-noticeable when it dumped, but now after fitting the Filter its so loud.. Is it normal for this to make it louder.

Can someone explain why the dumpvalve is so much louder now PLEASE

Dont get me wrong it sounds the nuts with the full scoobysport exhaust.

Cheers

Cool

If u r saying u fitted an APS FMIC the reason the dump is so much louder is because there is a greater volume of air in the system when u dump.

Re the hissing, if u r unsure of leakes put some soapy water on the hose joints, if there`s a leak it`ll blow bubbles
Since i fitted my Pace FMIC i canna hear anything for the induction noise through the HKS filter
