sti v4 conversion starting problem help?

hi ive put a sti v4 engine in my scooby it turns over but no start checked for spark and it only sparks on 3 and 4 and the fuel pump dont come on either can any1 help me?

What car has it gone into?

You might have a problem with the ecu not talking to the new engine properly.

turbo 2000

its gone into a 2000 reg 2000 turbo ive put a v4 loom in it 1998 model with v4 engine

How much have you actually replaced? ecu etc?

all of it

its had a full loom, ecu, engine, gearbox rear diff
