Air/Fuel Ratio Sensor failure help (non-turbo)
CEL light came on in my 04 2.0 non-turbo manual petrol Legacy. Diagnostics showed it was the Air/Fuel Ratio Sensor at the start of the exhaust/top of the manifold.
Ok, (I'm loving the cost of this BTW)
Question is- I need the car for this weekend and its booked in for the repair Monday- can I get away with driving the car over the weekend or is there a very real risk of damaging the CAT?
I know on Lambda sensors- they are after the cat with a real risk of damaging the car? ...but on Subaru's where its before???
