I've noticed some severe scratching in 2 places on the door glass on my version 4 type r.

Anybody else had this issue before, it looks as tho something has been rubbing against the glass as it goes up and down

anybody got some door glass for a type r for sale In good nick?

 

yea ive got the same issue something is defo rubbing on the window inside the door tried to have a look but didnt find the problem

 

i have same thing on mine its grit stuck in the felt pads that guide the glass . ime not sure if its true but will soon find out cos ime going to try this a mate said use a polisher with armon hammer toothpaste on the glass it gets most of the scratchs out so he recons

 

you need to take off the door panels and clean your pads (window guides )
