Default Need help removing the power steering pump

Hi guys,
I'm about to swap my power steering pump (+ tank) as mine is leaking.

The car in question is a v3 sti. I've removed the three bolts behind the pulley so the assembly is quite loose. My first question is what to do with the pipe going out to the left from the pump? What's the best way to remove it and should I get the oil out of the tank before I do it?

help much appreciated!
