Z4 is the WRX import ECU as far as I know - get a polar chip or similar Fujitsu ****** something chip. Make sure its been mapped for your car year etc - polar have a v good rep.
Supporting mods are:
Full decat
Walbro fuel pump
induction kit (Id plump for decent panel filter tho)
Make sure you have decent coils and plugs too.
Sorted - Think thats it but Im sure someone will post if not!
Not had any probs myself apart from my failing coils went pop after fitting the chip so Just replaced them with x-spec ones.
Runs well and fuelling sorted for 97 ron and 1.1 bar boost!

Agreed you will get much better results with a simtec or ESL live map but for the bucks a scoobychip is pretty good - can always upgrade to a new ECU when your mods reach past the scope of the chip.
