FMIC question
I know there are numerous kits on the market but they all seem to fit into the bumper recess.
On the old Scoob wrc cars it was mounted in the grill portion on the front of the car.
With a reversed inlet would it not be better mounted in the grill to make the pipework even shorter? I know the newage top mounts can be efficient at around 400 bhp. Would a smaller core than an off the shelf kit mounted in the grill keep the temp downs enough?
Ive seen plenty of reversed set ups with the off the shelf cores turned up to shorten the piperun but not seen a car wrc style. On a newage there is a good amount of space.
