Right, first off im a new scooby owner, new turbo driver and bit of dunce

My 2006 STI came with a GFB stealth BOV. I wanted to her it at full chat so i twisted a 'shiny' dial, oops, soon learnt it ws the wrong one! It was the adjustment dial!

Now i dont know how to adjust it back to the correct setting, looked ont' tinternet and still confused! Any ideas?

How can a maladjusted BOV affect the performance and engine? Sorry if theres a thread already out there, if someone can point me in the right direction that would be much appreciated.
