94 wrx steering problem!!

can anyone help me??my car seems to tramline all over the road and i dont no why,ive had the car for 3weeks and it never did this when i 1st got the car so any ideas would be great..thanks

yeah there both set to 30 mate,could warped discs cause this??thanks
