The one going through the pcv valve to the turbo intake pipe then to the back of the inlet manifold?

Sorry to bring up an old thread, I was trying to remove the F piece which connects to the crank case breather pipe to install a catch can and managed to shatter the F piece and a bit fell into the crank case breather hole, is this bad?, whats the easiest way to get it out? or should i just leave it in there?

Thanks for reading
David

That is bad!

The chances of getting out through the breather vent are slim to zero. Might be able to get it out taking the sump off, worse case scenario is an engine strip. Leaving it there wouldn't be an option if it was in my engine.

Vacuum cleaner - reduce pipe size to fit breather hole - new vacuum bag to make sure it picked up the debris.

So far been searching for visual anatomy of the hole on google - not much luck. However thats a brilliant idea! time to whip up a little funnel on solidworks and print it off at uni tomorrow
