1997 UK impreza Fuel cut off point

hi guys, can any body tell me where the fuel cutt off point is on a 1997 turbo 2000.

PSI or Bar

i woould like to know also as my99 turbo blew up due to over boosting but no fuel cut
a bit concerned as dont wish to blow another lup
