Question strut brace problems

hi guys, after purchasing a second hand sti carbon fibre strut brace for my classic uk turbo and successfully fitting it quite easily, after driving for a few miles i have noticed a kind of grinding from the near side, this is even worse at low speeds and turning full lock on left is almost cringe worthy. its getting the worse the more i drive it

Before i fitted it, the car did pull to the left and even more so under braking, could this have something to do with it ?

Should i just take it for a four wheel alignment check with or without the brace on ? or does it sound like something more sinister ?

Thanks in advance.

OK thanks got car booked in saturday morning for four wheel alignment, should i take handbook with settings in, so they can align it to that ?

Secondly jacked car up, wheel bearing is shot on near side so going to get sorted b4 alignment.

Cheers
