Default Intercooler

Hi.
Looking for advice on what parts i need to convert my 95 sti to later spaec top mount.
Currently running a front mount but don't like the lag. So i would like to go back to top mount. I have allready converted the car to the facelift shape. I have the under bonnet tray with water spray to suit the new front, which will work of my orignal water spray system. My question is which best top mount to use that will fit original facelift bonnet and will i need to change anything else? Had a feeling the manifold is to long and a later shape one is required.

That year has the slanty intercooler, which i think it is quite a job to fit a newage sti cooler, i dont know if the wrx one fits easier. I have a hybrid gt2 front mount and i cant notice much of a diffrence with lag. Is your car mapped( apexi, simtek) for the front mount...

i imported the car a few years ago s standard. I started out to make it a reliable car but ended up going further for more power. All work done by myself including the map. Your right the lag is not massive but you should expect a little more. I just think the front mount which i have is a bit ott for the 350 bhp! Iirc the boost hits 1,4 bar at 3500rpm,
