Default Relay behind glovebox ?

hi guys,i have a 1997 turbo 2000 and when the ignition is on there is a random ticking coming from behind the glove box, i have had a look but cant seem to find it.

its not the flash unit.

while it was ticking i took each fuse out but it didnt go away, even the fuses under the bonnet.

any help would be good.

thanks david

There are a couple of things behind there.. the one big one is the fans, and the solenoids that control where the air is coming from (inside or outside) and also which blowers you are using (windscreen, face,feet...) , and there is also the door lock relay.... appart from that, there isnt much else behind the glove box
