Hi Mate

where your boost solenoid is there is a pipe going to the actuator check this pipe to see if the restrictor pill is in place also check the line for boost leaks any slight split in these will cause issues, the boost solenoid is on the n/s under a cover just in front of the suspension top mount. Also check for any loose clamps I.e. the one from the Intercooler to the inlet manifold, also if you feel confident take the intercooler off and check the turbo hose to the intercooler underneath as it could have a small split. when and how did this start happening? did you do anything? has it always been like this?

0.5bar sounds like limp mode to me, a faulty sensor could be the problem. Get the ECU codes read and post up the result.

If there are any codes stored, past or present, they should be in there. It's as good a place as any to start looking. It could well be a split pipe but 0.5 bar is also where limp mode boost is set.
