I am looking to swap my jdm sti bugi headlights for morrette's that are currently on a WRX bugi, the person I am swapping with is using aftermarket HID kit. What we need to know is will my light fit his hid HID kit, reason I ask is the standard wrx loom is different to the sti loom, but having HID's on his wrx makes the loom none standard,

SO,

Will my light fit his HID kit or does he require any addition parts to make them fit.

We are going to take sum pic and have a look but I am sure some on here has probs had the same query

Your lights should be xenon headlights, I wouldnt swap them for an aftermarket hids kit tbh.

Sorry Tony I think you have missunderstood me, I am keeping my loom and xenon bulbs it is the other guy that is having my headlights only, he want to put his aftermarket HID kit in my headlights, I am just having his morrette's.
The issue is as he has wrx, the looms are diffrent, but with him using a aftermarket HID kit will that wrx HID kit fit my sti headlamps, it sound confusing but hope u get the jist lol!!!!

so all you are changing is the lens's if so it wont mater they will fit either or

ive taken apart the headlights(my morettes), omg it looks so compicated. wires everywhere, not like my old sti or wrx ones. plus its attached to the battery, do the morettes need extra power???
